OASES is the sole concern of the North East Environment Network (NEEN). NEEN's articles state that we will:
* promote and encourage the protection, preservation and improvement of the environment of the North East of England for the benefit of the public, and
* promote the advancement of education of the public concerning the environment, its conservation and protection and related subjects.
OASES are consequently, constantly looking for opportunities to enable schools and settings to access outdoor learning and global sustainability education opportunities for FREE or at a reduced cost.
We have worked with numerous organisations, from SANYO to Learning Through Landscapes, to engage schools in everything from Lumiere, Festival of Light to the WWF's musical masterpiece ’One Sun, One World'.
